FiveTran sync fails

My initial sync via FiveTran to Snowflake keeps failing with this error:

io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException: INTERNAL: Call to list_snapshot on https://....convex.cloud/ returned an unsuccessful response: {"code":"InternalServerError","message":"Your request couldn't be completed. Try again later."}

The deployment has snapshots/backup (we backup nightly), so I couldn't really figure out what this issue is. Thanks!
