Unable to create deployments from CLI (401)

When trying to create a deployment (local or dev or whatever) on my terminal I get:

Any advice on how to clear this so I can point my code to another environment?
If I run
npx convex devnpx convex dev it works normally and deploys the current code to my usual preview environment, but that's not what I want because I'm trying to test a separate feature without breaking the preview environment for other devs. Ideally I'd be able to do a local deployment, but
npx convex deployment create local npx convex deployment create local gives the same output. I've already tried logging out and logging in again as well as clearing .env.local.env.local and ~/.convex/config.json~/.convex/config.json.Any advice on how to clear this so I can point my code to another environment?
