My account services has been stopped suddenly. I have made payment for professional still account is showing in free tier and can't connect to it. and dashboard showing "Your projects are disabled because the team exceeded Free plan limits. Decrease your usage or upgrade to re-enable your projects."
I have sent mail to support but no replies yet. it's been around 20 hours now and still no resolution.
Please do the needful. pro dashboard is not accessible to report there. what can I do?
