Unexpected dry run behavior with indexes
Is it a known problem that
convex deploy --dry-runconvex deploy --dry-run creates indices in a strange pending state while saying that it only "would have" done so? I'm on 1.34.0 FWIW, but I repro'd with 1.36.1 as well.
