Cloud dashboard is not loading anymore

I really mad for now. I opened up a support ticket via my paid plan for the problem and the last time the support team answered was 5 days ago.
I can't access the dashboard / data of my dev deployment that was the initial problem i had. I load the project and it failed. When i switched to prod it worked. Same browser, same internet connection, project, everything the same. Now i pushed to prod with my recent changes and now i can also not open the dashboard for prod. Then i thought ohh this should be the convex version then.
But for other projects in the EU region everything works just fine also with the new version.
I also tested to downgrade dev but its still not working. Im in Thailand now so i also tried vpns but nothing changed it.

What i areally don't get is why are other projects working but only this one not? When Websockets are the problem all projects should not work right? Why only the US one?
