Limit of users at the same time - Concurrent

Hi. I have a web-app that's used for an event of about 10k visitors.
I'm looking at the limits for concurrent sessions. Do those limits for PRO of 10k concurrent sessions mean that only 10k people can at the same time be at my web-page and look at the data realtime?
