Hey! Just launched Trame, a no-code document templating SaaS, and Convex is at the heart of it.
What Trame does: paste a document, AI extracts the logic (variables, conditions, loops) and turns it into a reusable template with an auto-generated form. Fill the form → get a perfect document every time.
How I use Convex:
- Database: all templates, documents, user data, and billing state
- Auth: Better Auth adapter with Convex → session management, OAuth
- Real-time: live updates across the editor views
- Polar integration: subscription/billing state synced through Convex
Convex made it possible to ship this solo (with the help of our loved but frustrating coding agents) as everything sits in one place.
Next challenge: transforms this into an MCP App and call convex from the rendered Iframe in the user agent UI.
