7 Days Blocked from Production – OOM Bug, Exhausted All Support Channels

Hey everyone, I need to escalate this publicly because we've exhausted every channel.
We've been blocked from pushing to production for 7 days due to intermittent 64MB V8 isolate OOM errors. We're on the Pro plan.

This happens non-deterministically on both dev and prod during the push phase. We're migrating from
Everything we've tried:
- Posted here on Discord weeks ago — got suggestions, none worked
- Filed a Pro plan support ticket
- Graham from support replied, acknowledged it's likely a bug, said he'd escalate to engineering
- Followed up multiple times over 6 days — complete silence
- Filed a second in-app ticket — no response
- Latest Convex client
- externalPackages config
We cannot ship. We cannot deploy. 7 days and counting.
We've done everything right , purchased Pro for support, filed tickets, followed up professionally. At this point we genuinely don't know what else to do.
Is there anyone from the Convex team here who can actually look into this and get back to us? Or any community members who've hit this and found a real fix?
