Can't start local dev deployment

I have been able to run local dev deployments previously, but today it asked me to authenticate again and once I did, my local dev deployment for this project stopped working. I've tried clearing the local backend folder, changing the device name, re-configuring, etc. Nothing has worked. I also tried to delete the deployment in the Convex dashboard, but it's not running and won't let me manage it.
