GDPR (DPA) & HIPAA (BAA)

Hello friends,
I’m considering Convex for my client and they ask for a Data Process Agreement (GDPR) and a Business Associate Agreement (HIPAA) since we are in Europe and it would imply health-and-personal data.
Can anyone please confirm if this is possible to get done with Convex and what would the requirements be? I plan to start with the Pro plan available but I don’t know if that’s sufficient to ask for these agreements.
