using the same dev db branch

❔Advice🎁Feature Request
so for a team project, when i start the project and push the init repo, i would expect another dev to see exactly what i see, including data. i get the purpose of having 
convex dev
 auto-write your own personal dev branch, but is there a way to work on the same branch without having your local env file overwritten (the 
CONVEX_DEPLOYMENT=dev:adjective-animal-number
)
