i need more of an explanation for the

i need more of an explanation for the database storage pricing. or maybe a more zoomed out view. is that database storage graph over 7 days, like a snapshot how much was stored that day? because i can understand 100 or 200 or so right now. but not over 1tb.
i figured out how to optimise function calls. i guess i need to get how to do read optimisation in some way. almost all of the bandwidth is reading so the rss updater knows what to save and what not
