2-3 days convex dashboard issue

im experiencing a problem in the Convex dashboard that it's just not loading, or loading after 40 minutes or so. And then I refresh it, and it's back to this screen. And it influences my app as well. So different entries of my app that come from Convex are not showing in the UI for a long amount of time, if at all.
(i of course tried contacting support multiple times using the link there in the bottom which just sends an automated message to them)
Has anyone encountered this?
