My issue is that those dates are deeply

My issue is that those dates are deeply nested within the schemas, say I have a clinical record, 1 prop is a list of vaccines, and those have application dates, simply put I can't update the dates in real time, given the record is in draft and the vaccine item itself is not in the DB yet
