Static webhook URL for preview deplouments.

had an issue where my convex webhook url changes on every preview deployment. needed stripe webhooks for testing payments on web (had issues locally vs deployed) and didn't want to set up a separate staging project or the official recommendation, because of the time it'd take to set up.

my ai agent suggested a solution, but again, staging project

but i think i solved it. i created an api route

which finally worked
