Stuck on "Uploading functions to convex..."

I've barely been able to work on my projects all weekend because I can't seem to sync my code with the convex dev server. I get stuck at "Uploading functions" and it either succeeds after 5+ minutes or times out.
I have a feeling that this is account related, so I'm not sure if anyone will be able to provide me any real solutions. I've put in a support ticket, so mostly just hoping to hear if anyone else has had these issues while I wait for a response. In the meantime, I'm pretty much fully blocked from working on my projects since I can't make any changes to my backend.
Notes:
- The project I first noticed it on is rather small. Automatic deployments to dev were previously under 5 seconds.
- Its happening on all of my projects, so I think its an issue with my account?
- I tried upgrading to Pro to see if I had hit some sort of invisible rate limit on the free tier (it didn't work)
- It doesn't seem to be related to any specific version of convex (happening on a project with 1.26 and one with 1.31)
