claim_preview_deployment 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,
We've been using Convex integrated with Vercel for a while. On Thursday, Convex Dashboard stopped replying and Vercel stopped building. The Dashboard was fixed, however, we've been unable to deliver anything since Thursday due to this error. We have professional account and wrote a ticket, the reply was that they would be investigating and suggested for us to update to the last version of convex if it wasn't.
We've updated to the last version of convex, and the error is still happening when Vercel is deploying:
Error fetching POST https://api.convex.dev/api/claim_preview_deployment 500 Internal Server Error: InternalServerError: Your request couldn't be completed. Try again later.
We've been waiting for a response from support since Friday. I wonder if anyone here may reply or escalate the issue. This is affecting our business operations.
