Question: why ocr when you can just parse pdf?
Just for the image?
hey, yes, it is mainly for images. And the another thing is some pdf files have the bad format. Like it is not a correct format. They just converted an image format to pdf format. In that case, pdf parsing doesn't work. We have to convert every single page of pdf file into image first, and then scan with ocr.
