(Time-sensitive) Plug data via API, like Supabase?

Hi, we’ve just upgraded to Convex’s PRO plan
We are Shipper.now - people build apps+websites by chatting to AI. We’re competitors to Lovable, Replit, etc.
We were about to integrate Supabase - as the backend for the apps our users generate, but then found Convex and thought it’s a better option.
However… we couldn’t find a way to get the data from the generated project?Meaning we'd like to create a simplified dashboard where users can see their apps’ tables, table data, ENVs?
Supabase allows us to plug that data in through API. Surely Convex must be able to do that too? I’d be highly surprised if it wasn’t - could you help us please?
I looked at the embeded dashboard but like it notes, that will expose the deploy keys. We’d REALLY love to stick to Convex since it does things better but for us it’s missing this fundamental one thing?

To bring more clarity, we'd like to do something like this
so id=1, column_1 = user 1
We'd like to pull in data like that
Supabase allowed that - surely Convex allows us too?
