Failed connections from Singapore
This is not the first time that this has happened. Websocket connections fail to load data for anything more than 10kb. I have no idea what to do about it, all my apps are down. Convex dashboard doesn't load either.

Just a friendly reminder, this is the community support channel, and the community can't help with connection issues. If you're a Pro plan customer, you can open a support ticket on your dashboard. Otherwise email
support@convex.devme too here in sg
thanks, i’ve filed a support ticket already. i’m just trying to raise visibility because this has been a recurring issue and no resolution.
i think it might be a cross region websocket problem, where the connections are fragile, and the solution might be regional deployments - which also is something that hasn’t been updated on for a long time.
hey i have solved it, there is no problem at all turns out, there is just a false flag so what I did is just close my Safari and reopened it
I have been waiting for a whole day for the fix but turns out the problem is my browser
i think it’s a coincidence though. i tried multiple devices and different sites and they all have the same issue.
Was having a similar issue and it turns out there is a problem when connecting from SE Asia. https://discord.com/channels/1019350475847499849/1432080690005934161
i’ve got issues from Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Japan works fine.
I have servers in Singapore so I will be moving them today.
thanks @Gabriel !
