Subscription upgade now my product is not working

Hi All I have an urgent isssue My free plan project was going over limits on bandwidth so I thought I would upgrade to usagebased so I was not suspended -but now everything is down because I am getting the error "Your projects are disabled because the team exceeded Free plan limits. Decrease your usage or upgrade to re-enable your projects" Please help

Turns out we had hit a rare race condition as I updated my project payment settings basically at the same time that the system triggered my projects to be disabled leading to a bad state that required manual intervention. The team was quick to reach out that the issue was fixed within 1.5 hours from it started and my applications is back online - thanks to all who supported
