Subscription upgade now my product is not working
Hi All I have an urgent isssue
My free plan project was going over limits on bandwidth so I thought I would upgrade to usagebased so I was not suspended -but now everything is down because I am getting the error "Your projects are disabled because the team exceeded Free plan limits. Decrease your usage or upgrade to re-enable your projects"

Reminder: If you have a Convex Pro account, use the Convex Dashboard to file support tickets.
- Provide context: What are you trying to achieve, what is the end-user interaction, what are you seeing? (full error message, command output, etc.)
- Use search.convex.dev to search Docs, Stack, and Discord all at once.
- Additionally, you can post your questions in the Convex Community's <#1228095053885476985> channel to receive a response from AI.

Hi. Normally your projects get re-enabled pretty quickly. Team will take a look and get you unblocked.
Turns out we had hit a rare race condition as I updated my project payment settings basically at the same time that the system triggered my projects to be disabled leading to a bad state that required manual intervention. The team was quick to reach out that the issue was fixed within 1.5 hours from it started and my applications is back online - thanks to all who supported
