What are transient errors in convex?
Hey all,
this night a lot of our actions failed with "Transient error while executing action".
Do these errors mean there is an error in our user code, or is it a platform error and the action is automatically retried at a later point?

- Provide context: What are you trying to achieve, what is the end-user interaction, what are you seeing? (full error message, command output, etc.)
- Use search.convex.dev to search Docs, Stack, and Discord all at once.
- Additionally, you can post your questions in the Convex Community's <#1228095053885476985> channel to receive a response from AI.
- Avoid tagging staff unless specifically instructed.

There's an outage in us-east 1 (apparently) that is leading to errors. Our scheduler is behind by 1 hour currently.
