If Convex appears to be down, your issue is related to your account (payments, dashboard access, etc.), or you have a question about Convex policies, programs, etc., please reach out the Convex support team. * Summarize the scope of the problem - In a few words, outline the core problem you're experiencing.
* Share relevant details - E.g. code snippets, schema definition, etc.
* Include version numbers for Convex, front-end framework, Node runtime, etc.
* Mention the programming language you're using
* Share steps to reproduce the problem
* Check your connection to Convex using
* Consider posting in another channel if it's a better fit for your question; e.g. #better-auth , #components , #dashboard , etc.
* Tag moderators - Mods aren't staff. They're volunteers who help moderate the server. Only tag mods for spam, phishing, unruly behavior, etc.
* Follow links to other "support" servers - Convex has no other support server. Anyone saying otherwise is phishing.
* Share any of the following:
* API keys
* Convex deployment keys
* Your convex deployment instance names (unless if asked by a Convex team member)
* Extremely large code snippets
