Multi users tenant - Issue
we have a developer who has setup and POC convex. Now were using it and i am the admin who would add card details and setup the team. I have an acccount also. Both accounts use our @company.com email suffix.
He added me to his account -> got the invite email -> when I login I cannot see the project or see him in members etc..
Any idea how to solve this?

Reminder: If you have a Convex Pro account, use the Convex Dashboard to file support tickets.
- Provide context: What are you trying to achieve, what is the end-user interaction, what are you seeing? (full error message, command output, etc.)
- Use search.convex.dev to search Docs, Stack, and Discord all at once.
- Additionally, you can post your questions in the Convex Community's <#1228095053885476985> channel to receive a response from AI.
- Avoid tagging staff unless specifically instructed.

are you talking about the convex dashboard? if so, the admin "so the person who added you" has to give you permissions to view projects

Yes, I had an Account and then He had an account - We work at same company
He started a project which is now entering pilot - And I needed to add the company card etc..
So i told him add me as admin, and when I login likley I would see everything 🙂 - So he added me as admin and well cannot see anything

On my mobile there exists a Join Team button - In outlook its stripped
Does that have some web hook that activates the join to a tenant maybe?
You should file a support ticket on the dashboard, it's to the top right, and ask those questions there, cause i certainly don't know 🙂
Ok will do - I was thinking this could be a known thing/issue
