iOS trust issues?
Has anyone seen Convex not working on older iPhones (e.g. iPhone 8, iOS 12–14)?
On newer devices (iPhone 20/26 etc.), my app works fine, but on the iPhone 8 it just shows a black screen for ~1 minute, then shows the login screen, and after entering credentials nothing happens.
I’m wondering if this is due to Convex using newer TLS/cipher suites that older iOS versions don’t fully support. Do we need to use a custom domain + Cloudflare (with DigiCert) to get around iOS trust issues?
Would appreciate any pointers from folks who had to support older devices.
