hi, I understand there was an outage now, but in our case it maybe something else. I've activated a cron job since this morning and later saw a message Your projects are disabled because the team exceeded Free plan limits. Decrease your usage or upgrade to re-enable your projects. is this related to an outage or not? I've activated pro plan but our services are still down for more than 6 hours now

this is unrelated to any outage. if you're happy to share your team slug from settings in your dashboard we'll take a look or you can file a ticket to support@convex.dev if you're upgraded to pro

hey! echoing what james said, this is not related to the outage earlier today. from our side it looks like you were disabled due to exceeding the database bandwidth limits on the free plan. if you go to team settings -> usage, function breakdowns by proejct (change the toggle to database bandwidth), you should be able to see which functions are eating up the bandwidth could you also say more about the services still being down? are you having troubles with your deployment getting undisabled after the upgrade?

Hi Rebecca, it seems that we've exceeded our db bandwidth at 10gb. I initially upgraded to starter and added a warning when we hit 15 USD spending, but then I still saw this mesage in my dev environment

Same message in test environment connected to the same convex project. I then upgraded to pro, but I still see the warning I mentioned above in our account and still getting the same errors in local and test environments. We don't have any prod environments live yet
