What is generally a better dev experience Better-Auth or WorkOS?

We have a large NextJS / React code base. We have a fairly large usebase converting from NextAuth.
I understand there is not an official Better-Auth package for Convex but it seems like there is a ton of Better-Auth + Convex info and there is this https://github.com/get-convex/better-auth

Any advice, gossip experience?
