Hi it’s on a case by case bases for now and looking to support more open-source projects in the future if it’s good for the community. What did you build?

Hello, we are a team of three EPFL students. Our uni and many others uses ED Discussion, a platform used for students/professors discussions (answering course/projects questions), problem is, the search on ED is absolutely bad, it's single keyword focused and just bad overall. During a hackathon we've achieved a clean working pooc of a website/agent using some reverse engineering and a rag with pgvector that's able to retrieve relevant ed discussions posts given a question. Now this rag can definitely be improved (using a better embeddings model, …), also our current implementation for the chat/stream management is very janky(ai sdk and a lot of custom stuff) and i’ve used the convex agents component since its very beginnings and think the absolute perfect solution for us. We plan to release the app on september, first at EPFL scale and later this year (if we find that this is actually useful to people) to a larger scale ! Let me know if you guys can help !!
