Issue with Convex Code Not Saving and Model Error Handling
Hey, maybe you can help me out. My Convex code isn’t saving properly. What happens is: I enter a few prompts, and everything works fine—he writes the code and makes changes. But after a while, it stops running prompts and shows an error: "The model hit an error. Try sending your message again."
When I try resending, it doesn’t work. I end up reloading the page, but then I lose all the progress since it wasn’t saved.
Do you know if there’s a way to recover the latest changes or avoid losing them when this happens?

- Provide context: What are you trying to achieve, what is the end-user interaction, what are you seeing? (full error message, command output, etc.)

If i do 3 prompts and try to move one back, to try to avoid this issue also doenst ork because it doesnt allow me to rewind
I'm running into an issue where my Convex code isn’t saving. Everything works for the first few prompts—code gets generated and updated—but after around 4 prompts, it stops working and shows this error:
"The model hit an error. Try sending your message again."
When I try again, nothing happens. I have to reload the page, and when I do, all my progress is lost. It always goes back to the same old prompt, no matter what. It's like Convex isn't saving anything after the error happens.
The rewind feature doesn’t help either—it just takes me back to that same stuck prompt. Yesterday, I lost a whole day of work because of this.
Conclusion: I can't get past four prompts without the chat breaking. Once it does, reloading or rewinding just resets everything to the same old point, and I lose all my recent changes.
