Is it possible to pass metadata to a "presence" for features like cursor position or typing indicators? Couldn't find anything that couldbe used for that
Our third Abstract talk is live: **Nobody Agrees About Agentic Development** Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU0leMxkqzE&t=21s They don't all agree. They do agree on one thing: agents help you ship faster, but they're not talented or curious. James Cowling (Convex CTO) moderates a panel with Theo Browne (T3 Chat), David Cramer (Sentry), and Jean-Denis Greze (Town). They cover: - whether agents are actually making teams more productive - whether anyone still needs to review code - what happens to junior engineers - slop PRs, ownership, and knowing when to start over - what counts as a moat when anyone can ship an app in a weekend

The [All Gas Hackathon](https://www.convex.dev/hackathons/all-gas) winners are in. Sponsored by OpenAI, Firecrawl, and AgentMail. 1st: [OurSpaces](https://vibeapps.dev/s/ourspaces). One page your whole group can mess with. Everyone works on it at the same time, and it has its own email address. 2nd: [PlusOne](https://vibeapps.dev/s/plusone). An AI wedding copilot that brings vendors, inboxes, websites, and quotes together. 3rd: [Parallel](https://vibeapps.dev/s/parallel) Send four people to a conference without them all learning the same thing. It plans coverage, repairs the plan when talks change, and ships one team brief. The rule was everyday apps, not developer tools. Thanks to every builder, the judges, and OpenAI, Firecrawl, and AgentMail for sponsoring. You can see all submissions at [here](https://vibeapps.dev/tag/allgashackathon). Thanks everyone, and congrats to the winners!
