Dashboard Logs Bug
Precondition: Have a prod site with logs and a dev instance with empty logs
1. Open the dashboard
2. Select your prod deployment
3. Click on the logs page
4. Switch to your dev deployment
Expected: shows dev logs (which in this case are empty)
Actual: appears to switch to the dev instance, but continues to show prod logs.
