EmailChef: AI-Powered Gmail Automation with Convex Magic

I've always loved the idea of automating Gmail with AI, my inbox is a complete mess filled with cold emails, newsletters, and marketing junk. That’s why I built EmailChef:
- It can reply to emails, delete useless emails, and categorize subscription emails into a clean, readable table. Under the hood:
🛠️ Using Unipile for Gmail integration (love their API-key auth).
🤖 Google Gemini is my LLM powering the AI brains.
🧩 Convex Workflows for handling background tasks (was planning to use Inngest at first, but Convex's native workflows were too tempting not to try).
🛠️ AI SDK to tie everything together. Current AI capabilities with Unipile SDK:
1. 📤 Send emails
2. 📩 Reply to emails
3. 🗑️ Delete emails
