Convex backend versioning
i am using convex as a backend for a mobile app, and if i update the production convex backend and the mobile is not udpated by users will cause the mobile application to break

- Provide context: What are you trying to achieve, what is the end-user interaction, what are you seeing? (full error message, command output, etc.)
