I was wondering if someone knows of an example chat app using convex that uses cursor-based pagination for loading the messages.
I did some searching on GitHub but didn't find it.

I don't see one either, but it would be a fairly straightforward implementation of Convex's paginated queries. Have you checked out the docs on them?
