We're seeing an error when our cron job runs:

Action: actions/ai:checkAndRunScheduledReports
Time: 0ms
Occurred: About an hour ago
A couple of questions:
1. Is this likely a server-side issue on Convex's end?
2. What should we do in this case? Any recommended next steps?
