Is there a way to enforce and check all my envs at build / deploy time?

Similar to how I can use https://env.t3.gg for Next.js

At deploy time you can use --run to run a function that checks the environment variables and fails (edit: Ian's idea below is better, do that!)

You can also check their existence at import time and throw, then the push itself will fail if they aren't defined, I believe.
