Relio CRM - Commercial Real Estate CRM

Hey Convex Community, This is Relio CRM and it’s a tool based for commercial real estate brokers. I’ve worked with Real Estate quite a bit and noticed a short coming in CRM’s and the way data is handled. Using Excel and multiple applications isn’t a way to hold data. So why not have your data in one place? With Convex, this not only makes the data real time, it makes it easy for brokers to see their agents and colleagues communication and interaction with clients as well so there is no overlap in communication.

With Relio CRM a broker can replace a few tools. - With tasks a broker can assign himself or delegate to an agent - Our dashboard allows a broker to see their call and note data within a range of days, weeks, months or year - Our quick search allows brokers to navigate records quickly and find exactly what they’re looking for - Our import tool allows brokers to import multiple records and have them be instantly linked together - Tabs for quick access as well as favorites - Our property search allows for a visual map or a virtualized list. - A broker can search through 150m records US nationwide - A broker has access to 8m MLS records US nationwide - Create lists from properties - Get owner lists of properties - Talk to your AI assistant about your data! - And more!
 With Relio CRM a broker can spend less time on a database and more time making phone calls with ease knowing all the records he needs are only a few clicks away.
