Dashboard logs timestamps don't include am/pm
Using 24 hour time would be ideal, but should at least include am/pm.

@ari it looks like configuration changes still use 12 hour time
Just getting to this now. Will be fixed in the next deploy. (note to self: don't go on vacation š )
