Add Convex to a React Native Expo project

Convex+Expo is stable, but Expo has changed a lot. The quickstart will be updated with the next Convex release.
I'm adding a screenshot of the updated version here. It's much simplified thanks to improvements in Expo.
Before the release, an additional step you need to do (that's not in the screenshot) is to rename
CONVEX_URL to EXPO_PUBLIC_CONVEX_URL - next release's Convex CLI will do that for you.
