Downgrade button is not working
I'm in the professional plan but I want to downgrade ot the FREE plan, at least for some time (wrapping up development).
I go to Team Settings > Billing and I try clicking on the Downgrade button but absolutely nothing happens. I've tried on Arc and Google Chrome browsers.
Same happens with the "Contact us" and "Support" buttons.
Please help, I don't want to be billed without actually needing it yet.

Hey @JuanVieira, the Downgrade button should open a UI for submitting the request. It's working for me, can you give it another try?

I've tried again on Chrome and Arc. Will try Safari or check pop-up blockers. It usually tells you if it blocked a popup, let's see

Maybe an ad blocker is blocking the UI, as we use an integrated third-party service for the UI.
