LaunchPie: Equity distribution made simple

Hey everyone! I built an app aimed at simplifying equity distribution in startups. If you've been in a startup, you know how hard it can be to properly assess the value of each person's time, relationships, contributions, ideas, financial investments, etc. Even if everyone wants to be fair, determining how much equity each founder should receive is often a contentious subject with huge consequences. The core of my solution is based around the work of lecturer Michael Moyer, the leading expert on splitting equity in startups. He developed a dynamic equity model, which adjusts based on the actual value of each founder's input, ensuring equity shares evolve as contributions change (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLGDba8aSWE). Because founders should be focused on building their companies, my main goal was to keep the process as streamlined as possible. All founders have to do is log their contributions and LaunchPie will automate the conversion of these efforts into equitable shares, dynamically updating metrics to reflect everyone's real-time contributions. I used convex as my backend, and added a few other features: Document and File Storage: Keeps all company-related documents, notes, and files organized. Instant Document Summaries: Generates summaries of documents as tooltips for easy access and understanding. AI Assistant Integration: Uses comprehensive company knowledge to provide real-time, actionable insights. Vector Search: Enables the AI assistant to offer deep insights by analyzing company data, including documents, notes, meetings, contributions, and internal messages. Meeting Recordings & Analysis: AI identifies new contributions during meetings, updating the equity calculations accordingly. AI-powered Text Editor: A Notion-like editor with AI-enhanced slash commands for improved documentation and readability. Thanks for reading, would love to hear feedback

Link is coming soon! I do a lot of AI calls, and I don't have any paywalls so it's a bit too risky to give out the live link publicly. But I'd be happy to DM you if you want to take a look
