Exceeded monthly free plan resource

I got this mail today along with the popup in the dashboard, and when I went to check the usage. I saw that database bandwidth has exceeded.
Here you can see the screenshot, I am unable to understand as to why the dashboard is taking that much of space.

I can understand why my

getEmbeddingId

getEmbeddingId

is at such a high level, I will rectify that. But unable to understand about the dashboard.

Hey @Rayy, don't worry, we won't disable your account for a one-time spike like this.

This probably happened while you made a lot of changes and had the dashboard Data page open. We are working on making sure the dashboard doesn't consume too much data.

Regarding my

getEmbeddingId

getEmbeddingId

query being called multiple times. I already asked this once in the support #What is the best approach to call query when they depend on scheduled functions?, and you have suggested me an approach to have a separate document on which the scheduled functions "work". Can you please explain me this a little on how to go with this approach?
