my npx convex dev has been timing out for the last few minutes

(I'm connecting fine to the internet otherwise)
does doing
--verbose show anything?
Maybe it's trying to upload huge packages and it's timing out there
Also VPN and other internet things have been issues before: https://search.convex.dev/?q=vpn - any chance that's at play?
