Some things I think would be fun to build on Convex:
A notification aggregator dashboard - see <#1026741427402711050> as an example. Think - have your slack, discord, tweets, etc. in one place. I've made an MVP Zapier integration to make some of this easy on the content ingestion side.
A drop-in comments section that you could add to any page on a static blog that would show other users' comments, indexed in the db by the page. Ideally with little to no setup for someone who wants to just add commenting to their blog. Not sure how to handle moderation - maybe it'd go to a dashboard before being approved for viewing from other users
